How do I sign up for Prodigi Pro?
Signing up is simple. Log in to your Prodigi dashboard, choose a monthly or annual plan and enter your billing details. You’ll be upgraded instantly.
How do I pay for my Pro subscription?
We charge the debit or credit card saved in the billing section of your Prodigi account. If you don’t have a card on file, you’ll be prompted to enter your payment details during the sign-up process.
Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual plans at the end of your current billing period. This option is available in your Prodigi dashboard.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
To cancel your Prodigi Pro subscription, please switch your account to a Core (free) subscription in the subscription section of the Prodigi dashboard. Your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and give you three days to update your payment details. If no action is taken, your Pro benefits will be paused. You can reactivate your subscription anytime by updating your payment method.
Are Pro subscriptions refundable?
Prodigi Pro is non-refundable, but you’re free to cancel whenever you like. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No, there’s no minimum commitment period. You can cancel Prodigi Pro at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t currently offer a free trial for Prodigi Pro, but you can cancel at any time and enjoy all your benefits until the end of your billing period.
How much can I save with Prodigi Pro?
Prodigi Pro gives you a minimum 10% discount on all print on demand products, with up to 25% off select categories. You’ll also get 75% off all custom packaging inserts, including custom stickers, thank-you notes and flyers.
What are the discount percentages by product category?

Do you charge tax on Pro subscriptions?
As Prodigi Pro is a service, we charge 20% VAT for merchants based in the UK. For merchants outside the UK, no tax is charged.
Can I negotiate custom pricing for Prodigi Pro?
Prodigi Pro plans come with fixed pricing. If you’re looking for tailored pricing based on high order volumes, our Enterprise plan might be a better fit. Just reach out to sales@prodigi.com for more details.

Prodigi Enterprise is a custom plan designed for those with high-volume requirements. It includes all Pro features plus additional premium benefits tailored to enterprise-level businesses.
