Network status updates
Our network status page is continually updated with all the latest updates on any known production and delivery issues taking place across our global print network.
We recommend checking this page on a regular basis to keep an eye on any potential disruption to your customers’ orders. That way you can also keep your customers informed and manage their expectations effectively.
Production shutdown dates
Please note that our print facilities will have reduced hours on Wednesday 24 December and will be closed on the following dates, with minimal production staff available during the last week of December:

Christmas order deadlines
Our cut-off dates for Christmas delivery can be found below. We understand not everyone can order early in the season due to budgets and paydays, and will always do our best to extend these dates where possible.
Customer support
To check the status of your print on demand orders, simply log into your Prodigi dashboard and select ‘All orders’ from the menu on the left-hand side.
In the event that your order is delayed, you can get in touch with one of our friendly customer support agents for more information by emailing support@prodigi.com. The team offer 24-hour email support Monday to Friday. You can also contact them via the live chat service located in your dashboard 6am–6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am–4pm on Fridays.
Prodigi Pro users benefit from a dedicated account manager and 24/7 priority support for faster resolution of any order issues.
Please note that the above hours refer to UK time and exclude public holidays.
