What file formats do you accept?
We accept all standard professional formats. JPG files are ideal for photographic and fine art images – compression is efficient and there's no meaningful difference between an 80% quality JPG and other high-quality formats when printed. We also support PNG files with built-in transparency, which offer higher colour depth and are ideal for apparel. For best results, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at print size.
What resolution should my artwork be?
300 DPI at print size is ideal. The more dots of colour that can be printed in a small area, the more detailed your final image will appear – particularly important for fine art prints and framed prints.
What materials do you use?
We use premium materials across our product range. Our frames are handcrafted by our team of expert framers using sustainably sourced wood. Mounts are conservation-grade and acid-free. For fine art prints, we use archival Giclée papers, and our canvases are artist-grade for rich colour and lasting quality.
Can you match brand colours?
