Made from high-quality spun polyester, our custom iron on patches and sew on badges are heat sealed and overlocked to help protect against cracking, peeling and fraying.
Using our dye-sublimation print technology, artwork is heat sealed into the fabric, providing a long-lasting, vibrant colour finish that’s weather and fade resistant.

Print file templates
The following print templates are available for free download, to help ensure your artwork is reproduced on your patch as expected.
Care instructions
Turn your garment inside out during washing or drying. Wash on a 30°C setting.
Iron-on instructions: Pre-heat the area where the patch will be applied using a household iron. Place the patch onto the surface (face up), cover with a tea towel and press for 30-40 seconds using the iron. Keep the iron still. Once ironed on, do not touch the patch until it has cooled down. If the patch does not stick, repeat the process. Do not iron onto coated fabrics, non-iron fabrics or fabrics with long fibres.
