What's included in the sample pack?
We offer three sample packs so you can evaluate the products and materials that matter most to your business:
- Fine art pack — our bestselling fine art and photo papers, specialist substrates including canvas and card stock, plus small-format items like stickers.
- Classic & box frames pack — chevron-cut picture frame mouldings in every available colour for each frame type.
- Float frames pack — chevron-cut picture frame mouldings in every available colour.
How does the 50% refund work on custom samples?
When you order a custom sample through Prodigi, you can claim a 50% refund by emailing your order number to support@prodigi.com. The refund applies to one unit of each product type you try, so you can sample across our product catalogue without paying full price. It's a low-risk way to see your brand printed on a real product.
Do I need an account to order samples?
Yes — but signing up is free, takes under a minute and doesn't commit you to anything. There are no monthly fees or minimum orders, and you only pay when an order enters production. Once registered, you can order a sample pack or create a custom sample straight away.
Where are samples produced?
Sample packs are produced in-house and shipped from our facilities in the UK, EU and US — with our fine art pack available from all three locations and our frame moulding packs shipping from the UK.
Custom printed samples are fulfilled through our wider production network. Shipping origin varies by product type, so be sure to check the individual product page for specifics on fulfilment locations.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Over 80% of Prodigi custom products are ready for dispatch within 24–48 hours of ordering. Our sample packs ship immediately. Delivery times then depend on your location and chosen shipping method — but typically range from two to seven working days for domestic orders.
Can I order samples if I haven't decided on a product yet?
Absolutely! Our sample packs are designed exactly for this scenario. Depending on which sample pack you order, you'll receive a range of Prodigi material samples — from paper and canvas swatches to frame mouldings — so you can compare substrates, finishes and print quality side by side. Browse the full product catalogue while you wait for your sample pack to arrive.
What if I want to sample a product that isn't included in the sample packs?
If none of the sample packs cover what you're after, choose the custom sample option above. You can select any of our 500K+ print on demand products to customise, upload your artwork and order a one-off sample with a 50% rebate.
Is there a limit on how many samples I can order?
Our sample packs are limited to one of each per merchant and aren't eligible for discount. For everything else, you can order a custom sample of any product and claim 50% back on one unit per product type by emailing your order number to support@prodigi.com. There's no limit on how many different products you sample this way — the fair-use policy simply caps it at one unit of each. Standard pricing kicks in after that, or you can upgrade to Prodigi Pro for 15% off every order (10% off apparel). Customs charges may apply.
