Disruption

Domestic: Royal Mail 1st Class is taking up to 10 days; longer for 2nd Class.

US: Due to peak volumes and limited availability or capacity, there are severe backlogs at USPS entry points (airports), leading to delays of up to 9–27 days.

Other international: Most major export routes remain open, but shipments to some destinations are now suspended due to the lack of air transport. Please refer to Royal Mail for the current list.

Australia & NZ Disruption

2–3-day delay
Delays across all products due to significant Black Friday week order volumes on top of local lockdowns and restrictions.

Exports from Australia are delayed. Please refer to the Australia Post status page for the latest list.

Deliveries within Australia are liable to some delay due to fewer planes operating and carriers running behind on shipments. In addition, South Australia has gone into a 2-week full lockdown, which may impact some courier delivery times.

New Zealand orders are automatically being re-routed to Australia Post due to lock-down with other carriers.
