Our customer support team is always available when you need assistance.

We currently have a permanent team of 13 support agents located across the world; each dedicated to answering enquiries and resolving any issues as rapidly as possible.

Our support teams are managed out of the UK; with international teams predominantly focused on our USA and Australian client-bases. This geographic spread enables us to provide 24-hour email support all year round with the majority of queries typically answered in under 2 hours. We also offer additional coverage during the peak months of November and December with our team scaling to around 40 support agents.

When it comes to support tools we use LiveChat on our website, Shopify app and manual order form. LiveChat lets us provide support instantly, the moment you need us. We also don’t use any form of automation, so you will always know you are speaking to a real person when contacting our teams. We aim to respond to all LiveChat queries within 30 minutes. And you can also contact us by phone during UK business hours should you need to speak to someone directly.

Our support teams investigate delivery issues, arrange address and shipping changes and provide order updates. Although delivery damages are exceedingly rare, on those occasions where accidents do happen, we will urgently rectify the issue for you by organising a free reprint.
